Our Shingles

Our Shingles are machine–sawn from top–quality Northern Maine Eastern White Cedar. Pine is also available. The standard shingle specifications are 16 inches long with a 3/8-inch butt; we guarantee our shingles to lay 5 inches to the weather.

Our standard grades are:

Roof Grade Extra Clears

No knots below 12”.

Roof Grade

No knots, clear wood below 5”.

Wall Grade

Only small solid clean knots, or live knots in the 5” exposed area.

Wall Grade II

Black knots, or large knots, suitable for storage buildings, garages, etc. Gives that great old rustic look.

Availability

All of our shingles are available by the square, or by the bundle. No order is too big, or too small. Samples are available by request.

Delivery is always available; we deliver with our own truck. We deliver all over the USA, Canada, and internationally. Call or email for details.

We also have Fire Retardant available for all roof shingles and shakes.
